New to my group exercise schedule beginning in October: I will be teaching
Athletic Conditioning at the
Harris Express YMCA (@ Piedmont Row in SouthPark) on
Fridays (5:45am - 6:30am). Think parking decks, stair wells, hills, grassy areas, awesome equipment (including barbells), etc. The possibilities are endless! Also, the location is ideal for anybody working out prior to going to work Uptown or at SouthPark. Come one, come all!!!
