Simple Glider Torture





5 Rounds for Time: 
(using short length of a basketball court, or equivalent distance at home using paper plates for gliders)


3 x Through Without Rest:

  • Plank Glide Forward there
  • 5 x Push-Up
  • Plank Glide Backward back
  • 5 x Burpee
Rest 1 min. between rounds
