  • Wednesday (11/23); 9 - 10:30 am - Holiday Special: Cardio Strength Team Teach w/ Leonard Wheeler (Siskey YMCA - Gym and Room 2)
  • Thursday (11/24) - HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
  • Friday (11/25) - NO HARRIS EXPRESS ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
