Boot camps abound at the Y this spring. Click on the link below to find the one, or even the few, that appeal to you. I will be leading one at the Siskey Family YMCA in Matthews, NC on Saturday, April 14th with former Panthers player, Leonard Wheeler. Ours will be a full-body, 2-hour blast that will prepare members for the arrival of Sean T., creator of the hit "Insanity" workout videos, in May.
