Endurance Chipper


Complete the chipper below as quickly as possible.  CHALLENGE: On the top of every minute, perform 2x Man Makers OR 3x Burpee-Pull-Ups. 
  • 100 x Air Squat
  • 100 x Push-Up
  • 100 x Push Press
  • 100 x Lunge
  • 100 x Lateral Hops over barrier (any kind of barrier, i.e. a dumbbell, a barbell, a bench, a rope, etc)
  • 100 x Sit-Up (perfect form: feet flat on floor, buns glued to floor, arms crossed on chest, fingers atop shoulders, elbows glued to chest)
