No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

BridgeHampton Boot Camp Update



The BridgeHampton Boot Camp is growing!  Members of the neighborhood and non-members, alike, have been joining me in a Friday 6am cardio/ strength blast for the past three weeks.  Each hour-long session is challenging to participants of all levels, from elite athletes to beginners.  Intensity is high, variety is constant, results are inevitable.

ANNOUNCEMENT: I am adding a Monday 5:30pm boot camp to the weekly BridgeHampton schedule...inaugural evening boot camp slated for Monday, July 11th.  Bring your water; it will be HOT!

Note: BridgeHampton is located at the corner of Ardrey Kell and Johnston Rd. (Hwy 521). Cost is $10 per person per session.
