I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

AMRAPs, Bosus, and Burpees - What More Could You Possibly Want?!


WARM-UP:
5 min. AMRAP -
  • 10 x Air Squat
  • 10 x Push-Up
  • 10 x Sit-Up

5 min. AMRAP:
  • 10 x Bosu Spring-Off (modification: Jump Squat on the floor)
  • 10 x Bosu Sit-Up to Stand (challenge: 5 ea. x Single-Leg)
BURPEE MET CON:
5 Rounds -
*12 Burpees in 1 min. (once you finish, remainder of min. is your rest)(mod: lower to 8 or 10 reps)

5 min. AMRAP:
  • 10 x Side-to-Side Bosu Push-Up
  • 5 ea. x Bosu Bulgarian Split Squat + Hop (challenge: w/ DBs hanging or in front rack)
BURPEE MET CON:
5 Rounds -
*8 Weighted Burpees in 1 min. (mod: lower to 6 reps)

5 min. AMRAP:
  • 5 x Broad Jump over Bosu
  • 5 x Lateral Jump over Bosu
  • 10 x DB Front Squat atop Bosu (challenge: dome down)(challenge: 5 ea. single-leg)
BURPEE MET CON:
5 Rounds -
*10 Weighted Up-Downs in 1 min. (mod: lower to 8 reps)

5 min. AMRAP:
  • Count-Up of: (DB) Inchworm Out to 1-2-3-4-5 x Push-Up to Inchworm In (5 total inchworms in/out)
  • 20 x Push Press
