No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

WARM-UP:
*1 min. x Jump Rope
*15 x OH Squat
*1 min. x Jacking Jump Rope
*15 x OH Squat
*30 sec. ea. x Single-Leg Jump Rope
*15 x OH Squat
*1 min. x Slalom Jump Rope
*15 x OH Squat
OUTDOOR OBSTACLE COURSE: (5 Rounds, decreasing reps)
*50-40-30-20-10 x High Knee Jump Rope (R and L = 1)(@ pavilion)
*5-4-3-2-1 x Bkwd. Bear Climb Up Hill/ Run Down (mod: bear crawl fwd.)
-Sprint to Milage Sign of upper track
*50-40-30-20-10 x KB Swing (@ milage sign)
-Sprint to Playground
*50-40-30-20-10 x Lunge Jump (if “death by burpees”)
-Sprint back to Pavilion

FINISHER:
*10 x Goblet Squat Thruster (w/ kettlebell)
*10 x Knee-Slap Tuck Jump
*5 x Jack Burpee (jack legs during the push-up and jumping jack when standing)
