EQUIP: Bar (a: 185/135, i: 135/95, b: 95/65) + Reload Plates, Pull-Up Bar
WARM-UP:
*Active Stretch, then:
*400m Run, then:
1 Round of “Cindy” (5 x Pull-Up, 10 x Push-Up, 15 x Air Squat)
*Power Clean (work up to WOD’s Back Squat weight)
*Back Squat (work up to WOD’s Back Squat weight)
