I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

Southern Express Baseball Bootcamp (13 and under) - Workout #6


WARM-UP:
#1:
3 Rounds -
*30 sec. x Right: Split Squat Plyo
*30 sec. x Left: Split Squat Plyo
#2:
6 Rounds of 20 sec. ON/ 10 sec. OFF
*All-Fours Plank Hop (mod: hands hop, then feet hop)

CROSSFIT MILE-RUN:
*1 Mile Run 
-On the Minute Every Minute: 10 x Walking Lunge and 10 x Push-Up

PARTNER 50 YARD SPRINTS:
P1: 1x Burpee - 50 yd. Sprint
P2: Rests until P1 finishes sprint; then P2 goes while P1 rests
P1: 2x Burpee - 50 yd. Sprint
P2: Rests until P1 finishes sprint; then P2 goes while P1 rests
...all the way until 
P1: 10x Burpee - 50 yd. Sprint
P2: Rests until P1 finishes sprint; then P2 goes while P1 rests
