I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

Simple Superset Smash-Up (S3 Conditioning)

*NOTE: "Simple" does NOT mean easy!!

EQUIPMENT: Heavy Dumbbells (20 lb.), Set of Parallette Bars, Pull-Up Bar

WARM-UP:
*Active Stretch
-then
5 Rounds -
*100m Run
*5 x Air Squat to Pop-Up Push-Up

SET #1:
5 Rounds -
*10 x Parallette Push-Up to Fwd/Bkwd Pass Through
*10 x Up-Down
*10 x Grasshopper (R and L = 1)

SET #2:
4 Rounds -
*20 x DB Front Squat
*10 x DB Renegade Row (DB Push-Up + Row R + Row L = 1)
*5 x Wall Walk

SET #3/ FINISHER:
3 Rounds -
*200m Run
*5 x Squat Jump to Pull-Up (challenge: fingertips touch floor in bottom of squat; challenge2: choose highest bar possible to jump up to)
