No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

You Against The Clock (Harris Y Athletic Conditioning)


EQUIPMENT: Plyo Box/ Bench

WARM-UP:
4 Minute AMRAP -
*4 x Air Squat
*4 x Push-Up
*1 length x Spiderman Crawl (short length of basketball court, ~10m)
*4 lengths x Shuttle Run

MAIN SET:
5 Rounds (6 Minute Time Limit Per Round) -
-whatever time remains of your 6 minutes each round = your rest between rounds
*200m Run
*3 x Wall Climb
*5 ea. leg x Pistol (Single-Leg Squat)(challenge: 10 Pistols ea. leg!!)
*10 x Burpee
*15 x Box Jump
*20 x Shoulder-Tapping Push-Up (mod: @ an incline)(challenge: @ a decline)

FINISHER:
Tabata: Air Squat (buns to stack of 4 risers ea. rep)(Tabata = 8 rounds of 20 sec. ON/ 10 sec. OFF)
