No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

EQUIPMENT: KB (1.0), Heavy DBs (20-25 lb.), Box (20-24"), Rower

WARM-UP:
3 Rounds -
*30 sec. x Hollow Body Rock
*30 sec. x Plank: Double-Hand Hop to Double-Foot Hop
*30 sec. REST

MINI-WOD #1:
3 Rounds -
*30 x KB Swing
*30 x Squat-Thrust
*30 x DB Push Press
Early Finishers: AMRAP: *100m Row Sprint; 10 x Lateral Hop over end of rower (R and L = 1)
     (until all participants finish the 3 rounds above)


MINI-WOD #2:
3 Rounds -
*30 x Box Jump
*30 x alt. Single-Arm KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull
*30 x K2E (Hanging Knees-to-Elbows)
Early Finishers: AMRAP: *100m Row Sprint; 5 x Burpee
     (until all participants finish the 3 rounds above)
