No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

EQUIPMENT: Wall Ball (20/14), Box (24/20), Heavy DBs (12-*25 lb.), Mat

WARM-UP:
*Active Stretches

For 2 Minutes -
*High Knee Run in place
     *Every 15 sec.: 1 x Pop-Up Push-Up
---------------------------------------------------------

SET #1:
3 ROUNDS of 4 Minutes ON/ 1 Minute OFF -
*5 x Deck Squat to Wall Ball
*5 ea. leg x Overhead Step-Up (wall ball OH)


SET #2:
3 ROUNDS of 4 Minutes ON/ 1 Minute OFF -
*100m Run
*5 x Toes to Bar
*5 x V-Up (supine on floor)

SET #1:
3 ROUNDS of 4 Minutes ON/ 1 Minute OFF -
*2 x DB Man Maker
*10 x Plyo Switch Step
