I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

"Hell-o, Brenton"

WARM-UP:
*800m Run
-then:

*15 x PVC Sotts Press
*15 x KB Deadlift High Pull
*100 x Jump Rope Singles

PART A:
Erin's Version of CrossFit Hero WOD: "BRENTON"
3 Rounds -
*100m Bear Crawl
*100m Broad Jump w/ 3 x Burpee after every 5th Broad Jump
(25 min. time limit)
(The actual CrossFit version of "Brenton" is: 5 Rounds of 100 ft. Bear Crawl and 100 ft. Broad Jump w/ 3 x Burpee every 5 Broad Jumps)

PART B:
"ROW HELL-O"
10 Rounds -
*E.M.O.M. (Every Minute On the Minute): 150m Row
-whatever remains of your minute each round is your rest b/w rounds
