- 100 x Air Squat
- 100 x Push-Up

- 100 x Lateral Hops over barrier (any kind of barrier, i.e. a dumbbell, a barbell, a bench, a rope, etc)
- 100 x Sit-Up (perfect form: feet flat on floor, buns glued to floor, arms crossed on chest, fingers atop shoulders, elbows glued to chest)
