This Evening's OFS Bootcamp at Ballantyne Corporate Park
WARM-UP:

*1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 x Push-Up
PARTNER BURPEE HOP-OVER DRILL: (@ Bull Field)
4 Rounds -
*10 x Burpee-Lateral Hop Over Partner
*Partner Holds Plank - Drops to Low Push-Up Hold during ea. Hop-Over
*100m Sprint (long length of Bull Field)
*Switch and Sprint back to start (both partners will run 800m by the end of the drill)
PARTNER PAIRINGS: (short length of Bull Field)
*10-8-6-4-2 ea. leg x Pistols (single-leg squats)(modification: toe of non-working leg on ground)
*10-8-6-4-2 x Sprint short lengths of field (about short length of a basketball court)
*Partner 1: 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 x:
*Partner 2: Low Jack + Sumo Hop until Partner 1 finishes entire assignment
FINISHER:
*2 min. x Plank - Tap R Shoulder/ Tap L Shoulder - Hop-in
