No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

  • Monday (10/10); 9:45am - Lead CrossFit WOD (S3 Endurance - CrossFit Ballantyne)
  • Monday (10/10); 5:30pm - OFS Bootcamp (Ballantyne Corporate Park - Brixham Tent)
  • Wednesday (10/12); 9:30am - Total Strength (Siskey Y - Room 2)
  • Wednesday (10/12); 5:20pm - Total Strength Extreme (Morrison Y - Main Grp Ex Rm)
  • Thursday (10/13); 9:45am - Lead CrossFit WOD (S3 Endurance - CrossFit Ballantyne)
  • Friday (10/14); 5:45am - Athletic Conditioning (Harris Express Y)
Announcement: 10/17 - 10/21 is Weekday Warrior Bootcamp at the Harris Y (Monday through Friday from 9:45am until 11am).  Instructors will be Erin Borchard, Leonard Wheeler, Mary Queen, Mary Dare, and Andrew Grant.  Cost is $20 for the entire week or $5 per day.  Sign up by 10/14 to guarantee your child's/ children's spot(s) in Child Watch.
