I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

S3 Conditioning - Partner AMRAPs

*Traveling Dynamic Stretch

3 Rounds -
*1 min. x High Knee Run w/ 1x Burpee every 15 sec.
*30 sec. REST b/w rounds

12 min. AMRAP -
P1 (Pace-Setter): 400m Run
P2: AMRAP of 10 x Wall Ball and 5 x Med Ball Burpee (14 lb. ball for women, 20 lb. for men)

10 min. AMRAP -
P1 (Pace-Setter): 10 x Slam Squat (20 lb.) and 10 x Russian Twist Slam (10 lb.)
P2: Unweighted Barbell Overhead Squat (45 lb.)

7 min. AMRAP -
P1 (Pace-Setter): 100m Sprint
P2: Squat-Touch-Jump Up to Pull-Up
