No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

EMOM-mania



WARM-UP: 
A) 800m Run
B) Active Stretch

SET #1:
EMOM for 10 Minutes -
*10 x Air Squat
*10 x Push-Up 
*10 x Sit-Up (AbMat w/ hands crossed at chest; elbows glued to rib cage) 

SET #2:
EMOM for 8 Minutes -
*8 x Ball Slam 
*8 x Slam Ball Push-Up (both hands atop ball)(mod: on knees OR Triangle Push-Up)
*8 x SB Suitcase Crunch (ball squeezed b/w knees)

SET #3:
EMOM for 6 Minutes -
*6 x “Slurpee” (= Slam Ball Burpee)
*6 x Slam Ball Goblet Squat Jump

SET #4:
EMOM for 4 Minutes -
*4 x Pull-Up (Rx+: Chest-to-Bar)
*4 x Chin-Up 
*4 x Toes-to-Bar
*4 x Knees-to-Elbows
