No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

"Barbell Blitz"





3 Rounds for Time (all w/ a 45 - *65 lb. barbell):
10 x Burpee w/ a Barbell (plank w/ hands atop bar, chest-to-bar push-up, hop in, power clean, press)
20 x Thruster (front squat to immediate overhead press)
30 x Stiff Leg Deadlift (challenge: + High Pull on first 10 reps)


Finisher:
3 Rounds -
5 x Inverted Burpee (tuck roll to handstand)
10 x Double Med Ball Supine Pike-Up (1MB squeezed b/w feet, 1 MB held in hands, pike-up)
15 x In-Out Plyo Push-Up (push-up w/ hands narrow, hop hands out, push-up wide, hop hands in, etc)
30 x Double Under (turn jump rope 2x for every 1 jump)(modification: 90 singles)
