No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

I want to help you push yourself to YOUR maximum...you'll be shocked to find the true athlete living inside of you.

WARM-UP: (traveling sideline to sideline of football field; ~50m)
*Walking Lunge there
*Bound back
*Broad Jump there
*Bound back
*Forward Bear Crawl 1/2 way there
*Backward Bear Crawl back
PARTNER PACE-SETTER DRILLS: 
1)
2 Rounds -
*P1: 400m Run
*P2: Shuffle-Shuffle-Drop to Plank
-switch as soon as P1 finishes
2)
2 Rounds -
*P1: 100m Fwd. Run/ 100m Bkwd. Run
*P2: Hop-Hop-KneeSlap Tuck Jump
-switch as soon as P1 finishes
3)
2 Rounds -
*P1: Partner Wheel Barrow 50m there (sideline to sideline of soccer field)
*P2: holds P1’s feet
*P1 and P2 Sprint back together
-switch
4)
2 Rounds -
*P1: Burpee-Broad Jump 50m there/ Sprint back
*P2: Hold Plank + alt. Windmill
-switch as soon as P1 finishes
