I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

Harris Y Athletic Conditioning - Partner Pace-Setter 5min. AMRAPs





Equip: Partner, Shared High Bench/ Box (16" - 24"), Shared Set of Gliders, Set of Heavy Dumbbells each (i.e. 15 lb.)


WARM-UP:
3 Rounds -
*1 min. x High-Knee Run + Drop to Push-Up-Stand Up every 15 sec.
*30 sec. REST


5 min. AMRAPs:
*#1: P1) 10 ea. x Plyo Switch Step; P2) Decline Push-Up until P1 finishes; switch!
*As soon as we finish: 60 sec. x Box Jump
*#2: P1) 20 x Speed Push Press; P2) DB Burpee-Deadlift Jump until P1 finishes
*As soon as we finish: 60 sec. x Box Jump
*#3: P1) 8 x Cross-Body Crouch Push-Up; P2) Lunge-Curl-Switch until P1 finishes
*As soon as we finish: 60 sec. x Box Jump
*#4: P1) 10 ea. x Split Squat DB Swing; P2) Plank Glide 2 steps Fwd. - Leg Jack - Glide 2 steps Bkwd. - Leg Jack, repeat until P1 finishes
*As soon as we finish: 60 sec. x Box Jump
-lower bench to 2-risers (stack leftover risers for buns to box on Thrusters)
*#5: P1) 10 x (Jumping) Thruster; P2) Donkey to Sumo Curl-Press until P1 finishes
*As soon as we finish: 60 sec. x Box Jump
