I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

WARM-UP:
3 Rounds -
*30 sec. x Straight Leg Bicycle Crunch
*30 sec. x Mountain Climber


OUTDOOR SET #1 - 1 min. ON/ 30 sec. OFF
3 Rounds -
1) 1 min. x Bkwd. Sprint Up Hill/ Fwd. Sprint Down Hill
30 sec. REST
2) 1 min. x DB Slam Squat Jump
30 sec. REST
3) 1 min. x Jumping Jack Burpee (push-up while jacking legs, hop into a star jump)
30 sec. REST
4) 1 min. x Lunge Jump R and L into Sumo Squat Jump (DBs in front rack atop shoulders)
30 sec. REST

NO-REST TABATA #1:
8 Rounds -
*20 sec. x Sprint
*10 sec. x Push-Up (challenge: Push-Up into Double Hands Hop)
