No matter what your current fitness level or former athletic experience, you can learn to train like an Olympic-caliber athlete. I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

This Morning's Athletic Conditioning @ Harris Y ("Don't Drop the Egg!")




WARM-UP (w/ jump rope):
-line up along southern long side of gym (closest to staff lounge)
5-*7 min. AMRAP -
On Each End Line:
*5 x Air Squat
*5 x Push-Up + Hop In/ Out
*Traveling Jump Rope Singles OR *Ankle Hop across court (time saver = no ropes)
----------------> OUTSIDE to upper track w/ Partner, shared Med Ball, and 1 Mat each
“Don’t Drop the Egg”
(Inspired by Easter Workout at CROSSFIT S3)
*30 Minute Time Limit to Complete the Following B/w You and Your Partner:
*NOTE: 5 Burpees/ person if MB drops or you put it down to rest
4 Rounds -
*50 total x Toe-to-Toe OH MB Sit-Up Toss 
*400m Med Ball Run (pass back and forth 4 times minimum)(4 Rnd. Total: 1 mile)
*30 total x MB Burpee + Partner Toss (jump up w/ MB OH 1st, then toss)
*20 ea. person x Weighted Lateral Hop over partner in Plank 
*10 ea. person x Russian Twist R and L + Lateral Toss to partner
