I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

Toughest Travel Workout EVER!



*I'm on vacation with my family in CA right now, and I've been doing a bodyweight-only workout in my parents' driveway just about every other day while we've been out here.  This one was by far the toughest thus far...


"THE TEN"
10 Rounds for Time -
10 x Burpee (challenge: 5 x Single-Leg Burpee Right Leg; 5 x Single-Leg Burpee Left Leg)
10 x V-Up (a.k.a "Supine Pike-Up")
10 x Push-Up
10 x alt. Lunge Jump
10 x Squat Jump
10 x Tuck Jump
10 x Pike Jump
10 x All 4s Plank Hop
10 x Extreme Crab Kick
10 x Pike Push-Up


*This one took me about 45 minutes to complete.
