I am Erin Borchard, a former elite springboard/platform diver (NCAA Champion and multi-year All-American at Stanford University, former member of the US National Diving Team, and two-time competitor at the US Olympic Team Trials), specializing in personal and small group training sessions. I am also a Phi Beta Kappa student with a B.A. in Human Biology; my strong science background is an ever present influence shaping and changing my training philosophy.

Equip: Jump Rope, Barbell (65), Mat

WARM-UP:
4 min. x Jump Rope 
     -@ top of ea. minute: 10 ea. arm x Plank Windmill


*Dynamic Stretch

MAIN SET:
*100 x Push-Up
    -every time you pause/ break: 20 x Double Under (mod: 20 x Lateral Parallette Hops)

*90 x Push Press (w/ bar)
    -every time you pause/ break: 10 x V-Up


*80 x Weightless Overhead alt. Lunge Jump
    -every time you pause/ break: 10 x All 4s Plank Hop


*70 x Hang Power Clean
    -every time you pause/ break: 5 x Tuck Jump to Pike Jump
